Shipping + Returns



Good news, by Posey ships worldwide. 

To give you the best possible price our shipping rates are calculated based on weight so the price will depend on the style of bag/s you choose. The standard shipping rate for 1 bag is AUD$25 worldwide, 2-3 bags is AUD$35 worldwide and 3-4 bags is AUD$40 worldwide.  Please contact to check express shipping rates to your location if available.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Any items that are sent back marked 'Return to Sender' may incur a further shipping fee (50% of the original shipping cost) to be shipped back out. All of our orders are shipped from Singapore and international customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of the merchandise.

United States: 10 - 12 business days

Canada: 10 - 14 business days

United Kingdom: 8 - 10 business days

Europe: 10 - 12 business days

Australia/New Zealand/Oceania: 8 - 10 business days

We try very hard to prepare and send your orders as quickly as possible. Orders will typically be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days however during busy periods this processing time may be extended. If your order is received over a weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.




Merchandise in a saleable condition with original tags attached may be returned for exchange only. A refund will be given if the item has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable. If you'd like to exchange an item please notify within 5 days of receiving your package. Any notification to exchange not received within this 5 day period will not be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. by Posey take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.
